Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the information provided is
consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.
It is requested that the following be included as a condition of project approval:
Compliance with Engineering codes and construction standards will be reviewed with the
building permit application for development of the site. Approval of the conditional use
permit does not constitute approval of the improvements as shown on the submitted plans.
In addition, at the time of building permit submittal, the following items will need to be
addressed:
1. Clearly differentiate between existing pavement surfaces and proposed pavement surfaces.
2. Provide details for proposed one-way related signage.
3. Provide one-way painted directional arrows on the pavement and details for arrows.
4. Please note, new hard surface areas (new pavement, concrete, etc.) that meet or exceed
2000sf will require stormwater management consistent with Edmonds Community
Development Code Chapter 18.30 and the 2014 DOE Stormwater Manual.
