PLN20180011 Dear Ms. Hanson: Staff has begun review of the land use application for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) located at 625 Alder St. (File No. PLN20180011). At this time staff has found that the application is incomplete. Please submit the following items at your earliest convenience so staff can continue processing your application: 1. Per ECDC 20.02.002.E. Please provide a cover letter describing how the proposal satisfies the criteria outlined in ECDC 20.21.030. 2. Per ECDC 20.21.025.A.1. Please provide an affidavit, signed by the property owner before a notary public, affirming that the owner occupies either the main building or the accessory dwelling unit for more than six months of the year. Please submit the above information to the Planning Division as soon as possible so that staff may continue processing your application. Please keep in mind that a complete response to this information request must be received within 90 days or the application will lapse for lack of information (ECDC 20.02.003.D). Thus, your application will expire if the requested information is not received by June 27, 2018.
