Subject: Letter of Incomplete Application for Lee Short Plat (PLN20180013)
Dear Mr. Mun,
On behalf of the City of Edmonds Planning Division, I have reviewed the application for a 4-lot
short plat at the property located at 7804 — 7812 2181h Street SW for completeness. Pursuant
to Sections 20.02.002 and ECDC 20.75.040 of the Edmonds Community Development Code
(ECDC), I have determined the application is incomplete. The following items are required
before the application can be deemed complete:
1. Notarized affidavit for Adjacent Property Owners list — see Handout P2.
2. Traffic impact worksheet — see Handout E82. Complete pages 1-2.
Please note that the application will be placed on hold until a complete response is received
regarding the above items. According to ECDC 20.02.003.D, the requested information must be
submitted within 90 days or the application will lapse due to lack of information.
