Subject: Notice of Final Decision for Short Subdivision File No. PLN20180024

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter serves as the notice of final decision regarding the above -referenced project pursuant to Section
20.06.009.A of the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC). Select Homes has received final short plat
approval for a two -lot short subdivision located at 1122 Olympic Ave. (Parcel No. 0054890001903).
Kayla Clark Nichols on behalf of Select Homes received preliminary approval for the two -lot short plat on July 9, 2018
under File No. PLN20180024. The applicant submitted documents for final approval on April 3, 2019. Staff reviewed
the final short plat documents, as well as revised submittals, and determined that all conditions of preliminary
approval have been satisfied. The applicant has completed most of the requirements of the preliminary short plat
approval and obtained a performance bond to ensure completion of the Engineering Division requirements. Upon
completion of required improvements, maintenance bonds will be posted as required.
Final short subdivision approval was issued by the City on June 19, 2019. The final documents have been signed and
are ready for recording with the Snohomish County Auditor. According to ECDC 20.06.009.A, the affected property
owners may request a change in property tax valuation notwithstanding any program of revaluation.
