Dear Ms. Breske,
With the submittal of the signed land use application, title report, modification request, and
signed preliminary short plat the subject application for two -lot short plat of the property located
at 22027 961" Avenue West now meets the procedural submission requirements and is
determined to be complete pursuant to Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC)
20.02.002 and ECDC 20.75.040. Please accept this letter as the City's notice to applicant of
determination of completeness pursuant to ECDC 20.02.003. Since the application has been
determined to be complete, a notice of application will be posted on the subject property and
mailed to adjacent property owners within the next two weeks consistent with ECDC 20.03.002.
While the application is procedurally complete, there may be additional comments once review
of the November 27, 2018 resubmittal material is completed.
