The 10 units are proposed in a new three (3) story building with a mix of a studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. Parking for the units will be located adjacent to the building along the northwestern property boundary and access to the proposed development will be taken off of Edmonds Way. The existing residences at the site will be removed. Design review projects which trigger SEPA are Type III-B decisions. Any person has the right to comment on this application during public comment period, receive notice and participate in any hearings, and request a copy of the decision on the application.
