Dear Mr. Lambright:
On behalf of the City of Edmonds Planning Division I have reviewed the application for an Accessory
Dwelling Unit (ADU) located at 1140 Sierra Place for completeness pursuant to Edmonds Community
Development Code (ECDC) 20.02.002 and have determined the application is incomplete and additional
information is required for the application to be determined to be complete. The following item(s) are
required before the application may be deemed complete:
1. Sigged Land Use Application Form: Applicant/Agent must sign the attached form.
Please submit the above information to the Planning Division as soon as possible so that staff may
continue processing your application. Please note that the application will be placed on hold until a
response is received regarding the above item. A complete response to this information request must be
received within 90 days or the application will lapse for lack of information (ECDC 20.02.003.D).
Thus, your application will expire if the requested information is not received by August 18, 2019.
