Building permits for new homes may be applied for and reviewed, but not issued until final approval of the subdivision is achieved. 4) Dwellings exceeding 3000 square feet of fire area require fire sprinklers. 5) Park Impact fees will be assessed for each new dwelling at a rate of $2734.05 each. 6) Refer to Handout B73 for permit submittal requirements for new single family dwellings.
