I understand Linda Ferkingstad dropped off the Pre-Application packet for their project at 157XX 72nd Ave W yesterday. To complete their application, below are the Pre-Application
meeting questions we’d like to review at the upcoming meeting. Please let me know if you have any questions.
· Will tree removal necessary for development require an Arborist report? Is tree removal a separate permit?
· Who to contact to verify available water/sewer/electrical capacity/coordination?
· There is a topographic depression on site that appears to be manmade. Can this depression be filled?
· Are there any seasonal restrictions to development work?
· Is a separate grading permit required?
· What percentage of development may be located within Geologically sensitive areas? Is this determination reliant upon a Critical Areas Report?
· Does Edmonds have any Mother-in-Law/ADU dwelling restrictions?
· Does the Fire Department hammerhead shown in the access drive satisfy the FD’s requirements? We understand the hammerhead is allowed to have a 12% slope/cross slope per our
correspondence with SCFD. We would like to confirm our proposal satisfies the requirements.
· What is the approximate permit review duration?
