We are only running the sanitary & grease sanitary inside the building. And stub them both to about 5’ outside on the building. We will also provide a vent pipe for the grease interceptor.
The Old Castle interceptor is done by the site civil contractor.

Steve,
Just to recap our conversation we had today around noon, you mentioned that your scope of work is essentially the drains inside the building plus the 5’ or so extended out of the building
and a vent for the future gravity grease interceptor.
You will be installing the sanitary drain and the grease drain to each tenant space and capping off.
If anything is inaccurate with this statement please let me know.
These items will be required and inspected at the plumbing rough-in inspection.
