Please contact us at your earliest convenience with an acceptable date to meet with the City. We are enclosing 2 site plans: The first site plan is our proposed plan for a single pre -manufactured unit of housing to be placed near the parking access to the Church on 84th Avenue W. The second site plan is the proposed full build -out of the site that currently has an unspecified time frame. Our questions are as follows: • Do we need a Lot Boundary Adjustment to provide one housing unit to the Church Property? • If we need a Lot Boundary Adjustment, is the parking requirement for the housing unit, required to be on the property of the housing unit? ■ Who can occupy the housing unit? If there is an attached accessory dwelling unit, who can occupy the accessory dwelling unit? • Is there any specific requirements for pre -manufactured housing units in the City of Edmonds? • When would we trigger storm water management for single family housing? • If we add 18 parking spaces as shown for the Church, would this require storm water management? ■ Are we required to submit a landscape plan by a registered Landscape Architect? PH: 206 623 1104 FX:206.623.5285 Are we required to submit a temporary erosion and sedimentation control plan to the City of Edmonds? What size of project determines this requirement? For utility connections, whose responsibility is it to tap into the street or connect to overhead power lines? Is there anyone who we should speak to for utilities if they are not present at the meeting? Would the project fall under the International Residential Code for the single unit? Does the City of Edmonds refer to Labor and Industries for this type of construction? Thank you, Donn DeVore Project Architect
