This proposed short plat meets all applicable standards, requirements, and criteria of the Edmonds Community Development Code and Comprehensive plan. The project is located within the RS-8 zoning and we meet this density requirement with lots ranging in size from 8,083 up to 10,367. The proposed lots also meet the minimum lot widths and all buildings will comply with minimum setback requirements and allowable height limits. The access road along the east of the property also meets applicable standards. Water and sewer are provided through Olympic View Water & Sewer District and are readily available right in front of the property. Power is provided by Snohomish County PUD, and gas through Puget Sound Energy.
