Yes, an under-drained and lined raingarden would be acceptable for this site and project (only). Ideally a CB can be placed near the overflow to limit the overflow across polluted surfaces
(parking lot).

Thanks for discussing potential options at our Northpoint Recovery Center meeting. I have attached a markup of the rain garden standard detail SD-602. We are proposing to size the
facility according to Chapter 18.30 (high water surface area = 5% of contributing area). Would this be an acceptable alternative to the buried vault and pump?
