Apologies I did say over the phone that a permit would not be required, though there will still be use of
the right of way in connecting from the pole to private property. Also it seems the property adjacent to
the pole is of the address 23208 75th, so the installed line would need to run directly north first then into
the customers property, unless you have approval from the property owners at 23208 75th Ave West. So
with that, a permit is going to be need. Please send over an updated project description and site plan.

Per our phone conversation we are going to park up on the private shared driveway & going straight
from that pole onto private property, which will mean that we will no longer need a permit. Please

Per the information provided, it seems as though the proposed pedestal would be placed right on top of
the city’s storm main. The proposed line will need to take a different route, possible a direct route from
the pole into private property or an alignment that does not get any closer to the right of way.
