The two segments of the western façade are labeled as 20’ and 16’, which add up to 36’; however, the eastern façade (which should be the same overall length) is labeled as being 45’. Also, the overall length of the northern façade is labeled as 55’, but the southern façade (which should be the same overall length) is labeled as being 64’. If you can please correct these discrepancies before we route around the resubmittal, that would be a big help. Once you make the corrections, you can email all revised plan sheets to your permit coordinator, Linda Thornquist (copied on this email), and she will be able to route it around to all reviewers. You may wish to utilize this as the base for your site plan in order to help indicate the locations of the proposed signs and the building dimensions as requested in the attached letter.
