A PRIVATE DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONVEYING STORM WATER IS HEREBY GRANTED IN THE AREA

THE OBLIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNERS OF L07S 1 AND 2, AND THEIR SUCCESSORS, HEIRS AND
ASSIGNS THE COSTS OF SAID MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR REBUILDING OF SAID STORMWATER
INFILTRATION SYSTEM SHALL BE BORNE EQUALLY BY 714E OWNERS OF LOTS 1 AND 2, AND THEIR SUCCESSORS,
HEIRS AND ASSIGNS. THE CONNECTION FROM THE FACILITY TO THE INDIVIDUAL LOTS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY
OF EACH LOT.

APPROVED BY THE CITY OF EDMONDS. THE APPROVED PLANS ARE ON FILE WITH THE CITY OF EDMONDS UNDER

FILE NUMBER PLN20130053. CONSISTENT WITH THIS APPROVAL, LOT 1 HAS BEEN ALLOTTED 3,950 SQUARE FEET
OF NEW IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AREA FOR FUTURE SITE IMPROVEMENTS AND LOT 2 HAS BEEN ALLOTTED 6,010
SQUARE FEET OF NEW IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AREA FOR THE HOUSE, PATIO, WALKWAY AND DRIVEWAY.
STORMWATER ACCESS EASEMENT
A PERMANENT ACCESS EASEMENT IS HEREBY GRANTED TO 774E CITY OF EDMONDS FOR ACCESS AND INSPEC7ON OF
ANY AND ALL AREAS WITHIN LOTS 1 AND 2 OF THIS SHORT PLAT THAT MAY NOW, OR IN THE FUTURE, CONTAIN
ANY STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FACIL177ES AND/OR SYS7E'M(S), INCLUDING ALL APPURTENANCES THEREFORE AND
I THERETO. SAID ACCESS EASEMENT SHALL BE FOR INSPECTION PURPOSES TO ENSURE THAT STORMWATER
