Dear Proprietor,
Your file has been forwarded to the Code Enforcement Division for action. You applied for a permit, # 2015-0940 in 2015. It appears
you did turn in some information but did not complete the process and allowed the permit application to expire. Copies of staff
communications to you are enclosed.
Your next best step would probably be to contact a Permit Coordinator to ascertain the most expedient method to reprocess your prior
application materials and add what you are missing.
Please complete the required permit application by December 20, 2016. Final code enforcement would proceed after that date.
If you have any questions regarding your application process please contact a Permit Coordinator at 425-771-0220. If you have
questions regarding Engineering or Planning requirements related to your permit application, please contact those departments at the
same number. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and assistance.
Sincerely,
Mike Thies

Dear Mr. Redelfs,
As we discussed, if you want to withdraw your permit application, please submit that request with an explanation of what has changed
by January 6. 2017. The term "expired" is only a status determination for an application allowed to lapse by the applicant by not
providing requested information necessary to process it.
An Order to Correct would be issued after that date. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Mike Thies

Dear Mr. Redelfs,
Thank you for submitting a withdrawal of your permit application in your fax dated January 18,
2017. It is therefore presumed that no work on the aforementioned project has commenced. If you
want to explore other code compliant construction projects and have questions, please contact the
appropriate Development Services staff. A refund for the project application BLD2015-0940 would
not be possible as those plan review fees were applied to the plan review for that project. Please
contact a Permit Coordinator if you have any questions regarding permit fees.
Sincerely,
Mike Thies t
