Provide written responses to each comment and where changes can be found on the plans. Please resubmit to Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator. 1.Revised structural calculations were not received with the revised structural plans. Please submit so review can be completed. 2.Several shearwall numbers are missing from the plans. Please provide. 3.Provide detail of support and connections for “shearwall above” locations on the framing plans. 4.Include elevator pit foundation on the revised foundation plan, including details. 5.On the main floor plan, provide a self-closing 1-hour door to separate the vertical northeast exit enclosure from the horizontal access area (IBC 1019.1). (previous item 8) 6.Provide code justification why the existing non-accessible restrooms do not have to be brought up to code, given this extensive addition/remodel (this was an issue of the original plan review).
