We submitted in December 2015 for a BLA between addresses 1011 and 1021 2❑d Ave South, Edmonds,
this BLA was approved and recorded in 2016. Between the time of approval and recording, ownership of
1021 2nd Ave S. had changed; Snohom ish County has now asked that we re-record the BLA with the
corrected names of ownership.
In the time that has past since recording, Select Homes has sold 1021 2nd Ave S. to Beihong Shi. The
application and map we are submitting include names and signatures for all parties involved.

Hi Mr. Wrigley,
I'm not sure how option 2 would work, considering that would be something pertaining with the Auditor's Department. I
do not think that the recording number would "stay as is" since what you're attempting to do is correct the previous
BLA.
In these cases, we'd see option 1 work. Since there are new owners for lot 1 it would be essential to have their
signatures to acknowledge the BLA.

I spoke with Chicago Title and they gave me a couple of solutions.
