Between the time of approval and recording, ownership of 1021 2nd Ave S. had changed; Snohom ish County has now asked that we re-record the BLA with the corrected names of ownership. In the time that has past since recording, Select Homes has sold 1021 2nd Ave S. to Beihong Shi. The application and map we are submitting include names and signatures for all parties involved.
