Dear Mr. Kirschner,
Thank you for submitting the public notification affidavit documentation a few weeks ago. The
public comment period is now closed and I have begun to review the information provided.
Prior to issuing my decision, however, I will need one other piece of information. Please have
your arborist generate a tree hazard assessment form for each of the three trees in question and
make sure that they are accurately labeled on a small location map. The reports that are currently
in the file do not indicate which tree is which.
