Mr. Wanchoo,
Staff has reviewed the application material regarding the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for an
ADU located at 19004 88th Ave. W. During staff s continued review of your application, it has
been determined that additional information/clarification is necessary. Please provide responses
to the following items at your earliest convenience so that staffs review of the proposal may
continue:
Property owner documentation: Per ECDC 20.21.030.17, "Owner -occupied" shall mean
a property owner who makes his or her legal residence at the site, as evidenced by voter
registration, vehicle registration, or similar means, and resides at the site more than six
months out of any given year, and at no time receives rent for the owner -occupied unit.
Please provide additional information regarding the property owner Washington View
LLC. Additional information is being requested because the Washington View LLC
ownership is not clear.
2. Floor Plan: Please clarify the discrepancy between the square footage of the daylight
basement and first floor plan, the two floors seem identical and yet the areas are not the
same.
Please submit the above information to the Planning Division as soon as possible so that staff
may continue processing your application. According to ECDC 20.02.003.D the above
requested information must be submitted within 90 days (or by November 5, 2019) or the
application will expire.
