Dear Mr. DenAdel:
Thank you for resubmitting the additional materials for the Conditional Use Permit for tree
cutting on the Strand property at 17035 76th Avenue West_ There are still two outstanding items
that I need before I can continue my review, however:
I. Adjacent property owners list within 300 feet: As indicated in my letter of June I2, 2008,
the Adjacent Property Owners list submitted at application contained more than 300
names but left out several adjacent or nearby parcels to the Strand's. Please resubmit an
updated, accurate APO list containing the names of only those parcel owners within 300
feet of the subject parcel at 17035 76th Avenue West.
2. Critical Areas Checklist: The current critical areas checklist for the site was completed in
1999. The City of Edmonds updated its critical areas code in 2005. As a result, a new
critical areas checklist is required. It is understood that the City has previously identified
a water feature as a drainage ditch on the northern edge of the parcel but there are also
steep slopes present which have not been identified relative to the 2005 code.update. The
critical areas checklist is available at:
