I am reviewing the building permit application to convert the existing fitness area at the Brackett Apartments into a
business center at 9501 240 St. SW. Can you please provide me with a description of the proposed use of this business
center? Is this space intended to be used for administrative purposes for the apartments, used by tenants, or will it be
subleased to an office tenant?
