Enclosed you will find two copies of the plan sheets that have been revised to address
the removal of the originally proposed entry deck that did not conform to the City of
Edmonds Zoning Regulations for front yard setbacks.
Because removal of the proposed deck necessitated relocating the entry door back to
the existing location it triggered some other minor modifications to the plans.
Following is a detailed list of the changes made to that plans that should satisfy the
Correction #1 noted in your memo dated l l / 15/2016.
Sheet Al: -Lot Coverage and Impervious Surface Calculations adjusted to
show no change.
-Total Fenestration increased by 20sf due to change in front door
location and larger living room window.
-Deck removed from site plan
Sheet A2: -Electrical panel deleted (moved back upstairs)
Sheet A3: -Deck removed, front door relocated to existing location, closets and
living room window reconfigured, fireplace centered, refrigerator, pantry
and island adjusted/ relocated, wall to right of range left intact, beam
between the dining and living made flush, electrical panel relocated
