Building Plans:
Sheet A-1; 1.) The proposed deck is on 18" above grade and thus exempt from permit review, plus
this deck may also be a concrete patio at the owners option. Deck is outside your review
2.) The latest engineering sheets have been updated on the revised building plans.
3.) The latest engineering sheets have been updated on the revised building plans.
4.) The assumed bearing pressure was reduced down to 1500PSF, so at 2000PSF we are
well within the tolerances for the existing strip footings shown near BM2.
Sheet A-2 5.) All vent fans have now been shown on the revised building plans.
6.) That window has now been noted to have safety glass on the revised building plans.
Site Plan:
1.) The erosion control fence has been updated to show CoE detail E1.1 on the site plan.
2.) The construction entrance is shown on the plans to be the existing driveway along
with erosion control at the drainage curb in the street.
3.) There are no catch basins nearby, but a note has been added to the site plan.
4.) Disturbed soils have been noted to be treated per BMP T5.13
5.) All new down spouts and splash blocks are now shown on the site plan.
