I - Reflected Ceiling Plans: 3. Reflected Ceiling Plans - Second Floor - Provide as part of a complete submittal Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) Compliance Forms for Commercial Buildings for the proposed lighting installation. WSEC C 103.2 requires that the lighting fixture schedule with wattage and control narrative also be shown on the plans. These items may be provided as a deferred submittal, but must be received and approved prior to any 'cover' inspections, such as 'Ceiling Grid' or 'Framing', being performed. Response: Please refer to sheet A.2B. I Reflected Ceiling Plan for annotations pertaining to the deferred submittal for this project. The electrical contractor on the project will be making a deferred submittal to include: • WSEC Compliance Forms for Commercial Buildings. • Light Fixture Schedule, including wattages. • Light fixture control narrative. On sheet A.M. I - Power & Data/Furniture Floor Plan: 4. Power & Data/Furniture & Finish Plan - Indicate on the plans the proposed locations of all fixed equipment, counters, shelving, storage racks, etc. in space '202' - Work Area - and space '208'- Work Room' to guide proper review. Shelving/racks that exceed 6 feet in height must be seismically anchored. Response: Please refer to sheet A.21D. 1 - Power & Data/Furniture Floor Plan showing general layout of Tenant provided storage and work surfaces in space '202' and '208'. Shelving and/or racks exceeding 6' in height are not anticipated. Notation regarding the need for seismic bracing for shelving/racks over 6' in height has been added to the plans.
