2. 1 have never calculated Project Value for new construction. I understand that the City has code driven
square footage values. I assume that some value was calculated to determine what my intake would
be.
3. 1 spoke with Linda, the permit coordinator and she told me that the City uses (1) value for decks,
regardless of whether they are covered or not. On both A-1 and A-4 the Open Deck is listed as
72 sq. ft. and the Covered Deck is listed as 210 sq. ft., I don't see the difference ?
