The only cornment that did not result in an update to the plans was for 1020 Bell St. Comment 2a suggests that the house is slab -on -grade. 1020 Bell street has a framed basement floor and does not have slab -on -grade. Based on our phone conversation regarding the "peer review resub.pdf" file, none of those items applied to our project because we did not fall into 19.10 code.
