All comments have been addressed in this response. The only cornment that did not result in an update to the plans
was for 1020 Bell St. Comment 2a suggests that the house is slab -on -grade. 1020 Bell street has a framed basement floor
and does not have slab -on -grade.
Based on our phone conversation regarding the "peer review resub.pdf" file, none of those items applied to our project
because we did not fall into 19.10 code. There was one adjustment made to the plans based on this letter and that was
regarding item Number 11. The correct PSF was stated on Sheet A2.0
