Comment Response Letter
On sheet A1.1— Site Plan & Sheet A2.1— Building 1 first floor plan:
1. Make units 1 & 5 at east and west ends of building accessible.
RESPONSE: Unit 1 note was changed from a Type B unit to a Type A, Unit 5 was revised to
be a Type B. Unit 5 had already been designed to be a Type B unit. We added future
handrails in the bathroom and changed the laundry room closet to be like the other
closets we had already changed to comply with Doug's comments.
The sidewalk at unit 1 was previously revised to eliminate stairs at unit entry and Unit 5
stairs were removed and were not required per current civil drawings so no civil changes
were required.
