After review of your comments dated Aug 18, 2015 1 have decided to eliminate any changes to the use
of the three ancillary rooms adjacent to the Wine Locker Room from the application. The former
Conference Room and adjacent Break Room will remain a conference room available to building tenants
and the elevated room to the south of the Wine Locker Room will remain a storage room available for
use by building tenants for storage.
This decision should eliminate the need for responses to your questions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
In response to your question number 6, 7, and 8 please refer to the report and details provided in the
Reed & Associates, PS structural analysis addressing loading, floor attachment and overturning
stabilization. The recommendations contained in the Reed Report will be incorporated into the
construction and stabilization of the cabinets.
