The former Conference Room and adjacent Break Room will remain a conference room available to building tenants and the elevated room to the south of the Wine Locker Room will remain a storage room available for use by building tenants for storage. This decision should eliminate the need for responses to your questions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. In response to your question number 6, 7, and 8 please refer to the report and details provided in the Reed & Associates, PS structural analysis addressing loading, floor attachment and overturning stabilization. The recommendations contained in the Reed Report will be incorporated into the construction and stabilization of the cabinets.
