A copy of the corrections letter has been attached for your reference. Item 1. See sheet A1.0 for revised information. The occupancy classification for the spaces adjacent the space to be altered are noted on the site plan. • North side- optometrist- (B Group) • South side- Hair Salon- (B Group) Item 2. See sheet A1.0 for revised information a. The Construction type reference was changed from V-A to VB b. The square footage reference has been changed from 1595 to 1512. Item 3. See sheet A2.2 for revised information. a. Door 107A referred "type A" was listed incorrect. It is now referenced as "type B". b. A column has been added to the door schedule referencing the door hardware group. Item 5. See sheet A2.2 for revised information. The door hardware location / room descriptions have been eliminated from the chart. Locations are referenced on the door schedule now. The locking hardware (previous Group 4) has also been eliminated from the project... not applicable. Hardware Group 2 now accommodates all (3) pocket doors. Item 6. See sheet A2.2 for revised information. The space has been broken into separate occupancy spaces. The lobby area is now broken out as an "assembly use" with an occupancy load factor of 15 net. The area is labelled as 189 sf on the plan. The remaining area of 1323 sf is established as "business use" with a load factor of 100 gross. The occupancy load calc. table on the plans has been updated. Item 7. See sheet A2.2 for revised information. Wall types "3" and "4" are "not applicable" to the project and have been removed. Item 8. See sheet A2.2 for revised information. Regarding general note 13. It is my intent to have the contractor obtain the plumbing, electrical and HVAC permits separately as required. Item 9. See sheet A2.2 for revised information. a. Wall type "3" is "not applicable" to the project and has been removed. b. Wall type "4" is "not applicable" to the project and has been removed. c. A note general note is provided asking that the contractor verify that the restroom components meet ADA requirements. A dimension has also been added for the contractor to verify the sink location to accommodate the 5ft clearance needed. Item 10. See sheet A2.3 for revised information. The energy code notes have been updated per our conversation. The occupancy control functions have been simplified and not "3" requiring ambient light sensors has been eliminated. Item 11. See sheet A2.2 for revised information. a. Wall type "3" is "not applicable" to the project and has been removed. b. The section tag 4/A2.4 was incorrect. It has been changed to 2/A2.3. c. The daylight hatching has been darkened. The hatching "line -type" can differ from one printer to another. Item 12. See sheet A2.3 for revised information. The leader line from the info referencing "horizontal metal studs" has been extended to the appropriate location.
