Please reconsider CDK obtaining a street use permit and or a sidewalk use permit for our upcoming
project Shellabarger Creek on 5th avenue. This is being requested as we are already utilizing 3 of the
properties parking stalls(about 1/3) and the additional space is necessary.
CDK has completed multiple projects in Edmonds and with your assistance, we have been granted street
use permits in the past. We do not request "nice to have" space only the space required to perform our
work on the property in the City.
