Please see the below responses to the correction notice dated June 1, 2018 for 21616 92"d Ave W, plan
check number BLD20180739.
Correction #1
All utilities should be shown from the city main line/lateral to the structure. Please show
where the existing sewer service connects to the house. If it currently connects at the
location of the proposed deck, a clean out will need to be moved/installed outside of the
structure to remain accessible. In this case, a side sewer permit may be required. Please
show new clean out location on plan if applicable.

See revised sheet A2 showing the location of all utilities. Proposed deck is located off of the second
floor.
Correction #2
Please add a note to the plans "All disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP
T5.13. "

Correction #3
Add a note to the plans "Erosion control measures consistent with City of Edmonds standard
details shall be installed as needed per engineer inspector."
