1 a&b. Site plan now shows 10 ft Sewer Easement at West Edge of property and sewer line.
2. Edge of asphalt at access road at "East" (not west) side of property is now shown.
3.Side sewer is now shown in the rear yard and does not conflict with new accessory structure.
4. Water service line is now shown on the west side of property.
5. Impervious surface amounts are now shown on Page 1, for new and existing areas.
6. The shop is not planned to have a driveway.
The area between the shop and the access easement is to be planted and will not be asphalt,
Concrete, nor gravel. No vehicles are intended to be stored in this shop.
