3. Per the short plat drainage report (PLN20080030), a maximum of 5,000 SF of impervious area is allowed. Per the
impervious area breakdown on the architectural half sheet, the proposed impervious surface is 5,286 SF of impervious
area. Per the drainage report, the impervious surface is 4,657 SF. Please clarify the total proposed impervious surface
area and ensure it is below 5,000 SF. Include the impervious area calculation table on the site plan.
The impervious areas are shown on the site plan. The area of new proposed impervious is 4,907 sq. ft.

The driveway is shown, the driveway slopes to the west and water is captured by a catch basin in the middle of
the driveway.
