The following is a list of how the requested corrections were individually addressed: 1. Show all private and public easement information within the plan sets if they exist. Note AFN's for existing easements and/or recording documents for proposed easements as applicable. 4 1 had mailed in a revised G1.0 plot plan sheet on April 5th to Linda Thornquist. Easement is shown. 2. Please show the driveway for the existing garage. a. Note the year of construction for the driveway. b. Note the amount of impervious area for the driveway. 4 Totally missed this driveway on the plans. Apologies. Driveway is +/- 993 sf. Client says he paved it back in 2015. Total impervious surfaces have been updated. Please see Sheet G1.0. 3. A cleanout is required within 2 feet of the structure. Please show the cleanout and note on the plans that proper permits and inspections will be obtained from Olympic Water and Sewer District. 4 1 had mailed in a revised G1.0 plot plan sheet on April 51h to Linda Thornquist. Cleanout is shown. However, a note has been added saying, "GC shall obtain proper permits and inspections from Olympic Water and Sewer District." Please see call out on Sheet G1.0. 4. Please show the water service line on the plans from the meter to the house. 4 Water meter has been included to plot plan at front of house.
