Dear Reviewer;
This letter is written to in response to the Engineering Plan Review Comments dated
October 23rd 2015. The response comments are number the same as the city's letter.
SITE PLAN (I OF 3)
1. This sheet is changes to reflect the changes on the remaining sheets.
2. The proposed and existing contours are both shown.
3. Retaining walls and fences are shown. No retaining wall are over 3 feet high.
GRADING & TESC PLAN (2 of 3 )
1. The filter sock note # 1 is added to this sheet.
2. Note # 2 states that no significant trees are on or adjacent to the lot.
3. The stockpile location is shown north east of the proposed house.
4. Note # 4 stats no heavy equipment is allowed in the infiltration area.
DRAINAGE / UTILITY PLAN (3 of 3 )
1. The sheet has been cleaned up to show only the finished items on the plan. AN
additional sheet 4 is added to illustrate the grading clearer.
2. a. A cross section of the driveway is shown on sheet 4.
b. A keystone block wall is shown along the west half of the south property line.
See # 11 on this sheet.
c. The wall is only 3 feet high and perpendicular the centerline.
d. The finished grades south of the driveway have been adjusted.
3. The covered portion of the deck has been labeled.
WATER
1. a. The meter is shown on sheet 3 and 4 at the right -away.
b. A 1.5 inch is shown in note # 10 on from the back of the meter to the
house. Also is shown in not e # 1 on sheet 4 with tracer wire.
c. The pipe is labeled and the tracer wire is noted.
2. A restore pavement note is shown on sheet 4.

SEWER
1. Both the 12 and 24 -inch sewer lines are shown on sheet 4 of 4..
2. The 10 foot easement (# 8905100087) are shown on sheet 4 of 4.
3. Note 2 on sheet 4 of 4 calls out the exist stubs/clean outs use and lamphole
placement.
4. The cleanout shall be placed in the right -way per note and drawing.
5. The invert are shown at the cleanout and the stubout at the house.
STORM
1. The pavement placed in the right -away will be drained south into the
pervious shoulder area. This is an existing graveled area and is not required
to be calculated in the trench sizing.
2. A driveway section is shown on sheet 4 of 4 which illustrates the driveway
runoff is collected to catchbasin # 1.
3. Both catch basins have the grate and invert elevation noted.
DRAINAGE NARRATIVE COMMENTS
1. The project has been revised to a "category 1."
2. There is no maintenance requirement form the manufacturer.
3. A new report is enclosed by the Geotechnical engineer with the infiltration
rare recalculated per handout E921).
4. The sizing has been recalculated with the new infiltration rate.
5.Catchbasin # 2 has been noted as a "type -I" basin.
DRY UTILITIES
The power lines are shown on sheet 4 of 4.
The Utility Installation sheet 4of 4 show that the utility separation is more than 3.0 feet.
