The numbers of the responses correspond to the comments on the review. I will attempt to point out how and where the comments have been addressed on the attached revised plans and reports. TESC 4) The title of the SWPP section needs to be updated to "The Construction SWPPP 13 Elements". The title of the SWPP section has been revised. DRAINAGE AND SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN 11) The overflow elevation is higher than the footing drain elevation. Footing drains will flood before groundwater exits the footing drywell via overflow. Please revise the overflow elevation. Ensure there is 1' of cover for the overflow pipe. Current there is no cover provided. Drywell has been deleted. Footing drain will be discharged to the existing ditch at the front of the property. 12) Revise note 2 to indicate maximum slope of 20%. If pipe slope exceeds 20%, pipe anchors will be required. Note 2 has been revised COMBINED UTILITY PLAN 13) Please relocate the water service as there is less than F of horizontal clearance from the stormwater system (infiltration trench and roof drain line). The water service has been relocated. 14) Please show the entire stormwater system faded back on the combined utility plan. Add a note that a minimum of 18" of vertical clearance is required between sewer and stormwater lines at crossings. Comment has been addressed. Note (#11) has been added.
