Per the grading plan, runoff from the driveway will not sheet flow to the transition zone to the south. Instead, runoff will enter the garage. Please revise the grading plan so runoff is routed south. Response: A driveway grading detail exhibit has been added accordingly. 22. Per the grading plan, the transition zone flows uphill. Please revise. Response: A driveway grading detail exhibit clearly depicts transition zone flow downhill. 25. The sewer cleanout at the property line needs to be within private property. Add a note to this cleanout that it shall have a 12 " cast iron lamphole cover with % " hexbolts. Response: Sewer cleanout has been relocated and note was added. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 31. North arrows have not been provided on the plan set. Please provide. Response: North arrows have been added to Sheets 1 &2 accordingly. 32.
