ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
31. A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded against the property based on the proposed
stormwater facilities for the project. Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any
required exhibits and submit to the city. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded
prior to permit issuance. Prior to construction final location of facilities are to be verified (by field
inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded.
Response: A Stormwater Covenant to be provided by client.
32. Provide the drywell inlet IE to verb slope for footing drains
Response: drywell inlet invert elevation to verify for footing drains have now been provided.

33. The SD between the bioretention and the house does not have appropriate cover. The finished
grade at the house is approximately 379 and the IE of the SD is 378.9. Please revise.
Response: Storm drain between bioretention and the house has been revised to show appropriate
cover.
34. Please remove the silt fence in front of the construction access. Also, silt fence is not required
upstream of the property (along north and west property lines).
Response: The silt fence is along the south property line. The zig-zag linetype is the clearing
limits of the project.
35. Please provide a north arrow and scale on all drawings.
Response: North arrow has now been provided on all drawing sheets.
36. Please relocate the inlet IE callout on the bioretention detail.
Response: The inlet IE callout on bioretention detail has been relocated.
37. Provide proposed grades. Ensure the proposed grades are of a different linetype than existing
grades.
Response: Proposed grades have been provided and have a different linetype then existing
grades.
38. Please relocate the proposed water service connection point. The water service currently
connects into a proposed post.
Response: Proposed water service connection point has been relocated.

1. Small Scale PIT: Provide 15 -minute records per DOE SWMMWW. This comment has not been
addressed.
Response: A report dated 12-28-17 from Conrad Elledge, septic drainfield designer
was e-mailed to Mithc Boyd on 6-8-17. This should address the review comment.
