Please find below my itemized responses to the plan review comments.

1. Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and reference City standard detail El. 1.
Response: Per our email correspondence on 10/19/17, 1 have depicted the filter fence
location on the Site Plan, Sheet 1. Additionally, I have added Note 3 to the Site Plan General
Notes on new Sheet 1.5. 1 have also included City Standard Detail E1.1 on new Sheet 12. See
Revision Record (Sheet 0), items 3, 4 and 9.
2. Label construction entrance on the plans.
Response: I have indicated the construction entrance on the Site Plan, Sheet 1. See Revision
Record (Sheet 0), item 3.
3. Please add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins
downstream from the construction site. Reference City standard detail El. 3.
Response: I have added Note 4 to the Site Plan General Notes on new Sheet 1.5. 1 have also
included City Standard Detail E1.3 on new Sheet 13. See Revision Record (Sheet 0), items 4
and 10.
4. Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP
T5.13.
Response: I have added Note 5 to the Site Plan General Notes on new Sheet 1.5. See
Revision Record (Sheet 0), item 4.
For my project, I believe the practical application is to 1) leave undisturbed native
vegetation and soil, and protect from compaction during construction, 2) ensure not to
remove native grass, top soil or sub -soil in excess of that necessary for my post footing
foundations, and 3) to re -use the removed material, mixed with compost, in my planting
beds.
