(This was listed onthe Permit Application, just didn't get all the wording onthe plans. The wording mnthe Plans Page A-1 has been changed and the New Location of the Mix Room/Control Room has an onovv pointing to the new Mix Room made Bold. page P'1still shows the New Locations ofthe CTOF and Mixing/Control Room. ' 6. The CTOF defined as Limited Finishing Work Station Per NFPA 33 14.3.2, the Amount of Material sprayed in a Limited Finishing Work Station shall not exceed 3.8 L (1 Gal) in any 8 hour period, WESCQGRDUP CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS 7. NFPA 33 5.3 Requirement for 3' Separation is not required Per Exception No.2. The Booth can be maintained from the Inside, and the Walls are Steel Construction (Non-Combustable) see Section E/E Page A-3 (New Page). 8. All FVA is contained within the CTOF Cabin - The CTOF will only be able to Spray with any Vapors happening while the Booth is running in Spray Mode and the Exhaust will be in 100% Exhaust, The Unit changes 100% of its Volume of Air 3.82 Times per Minute. a) The CTOF is planned to have Doors installed in place of the curtains - the Unit will be installed per code with a min. 3' to any Electrical within 3 Ft. of any opening Top & Sides per NFPA Figure 14.3.5.1. b) Again this Unit is to be installed with the Optional Door Kits keeping any and all residue from Overspray from happening because of the Door switches that keep the Unit from spraying Operations unless the doors are closed. 9. All Signage comes with the CTOF Kit from the Factory and must be applied per Factory and ETL Listing. ,The Rules FR IFC 2013. 2403.2.2 through 2403.2.8 shall be followed for Signage. 10. Metal waste cans with Self -Closing lids will be provided. 11. 4A : 40 B:C Type Portable Fire Extinguisher will be placed in the Area of Spray and Mixing Operations. 12. For the Call out of Specifications for the CTOF please see the attach pages 5 and 6 of the Owners Manual. Pages attached also on GA Drawing = General Arrangement. 13. The Curtain does not have an Interlock, however in our meeting we spoke about putting doors on the Booth which the Customer would rather have so that option was added to the plan. The Doors come with Interlock switches. 14. The proposed CTOF and the. Existing Booth do not require access to the outside of the Cabin for maintenance, as all work required to maintain the Booth can be completed from the inside of the Booth Cabin. Fire Protection Requirements: 15.. This Unit is not being used as continuous Spray Application system, but does have all the requirements required by NFPA 33 9.2. a) Automatic Fire System shall be designed and installed by others under Separate Permit. b) The Designed Automatic Fire System shall meet the requirements of NFPA 33 9.5..
