1. Sheet A0.1 Below Deferred Submittal, Call out "FIRE MARSHAL NOTES: THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED
WITHOUT THE REQUIREMENT OF A NFPA 13 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM BASED ON THE INTENDED
OCCUPANCY LOAD OF THE NORTHERN OCCUPANCY BEING BELOW 100. IF A TENANT
IMPROVEMENT IS APPLIED FOR WITH AN OCCUPANCY LOAD EQUAL TO OR GREATER THEN 100, A
FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND AREA SEPARATION WILL BE REQUIRED."
