This letter is in response to the comments per your letter of July 27, 2015. These responses will only
pertain to architectural comments.
Critical Area report. Response by others.
Retaining Walls. Retaining walls have been modified per the civil drawings. Please refer to Civil
drawings for additional information.
Setbacks. The deck / Patio at the west side of the building has been modified to incate a maximum
of 20 inches into the side yard setback.
Lot Coverage. Lot coverage has been modified by reduction in the building area.
