Pursuant to ECDC 23.40.080.D, critical area determination are only valid for five years, after which a new critical area determination is required. Since it has been more than five years since the last critical area determination (CRA19950076), an updated critical area determination is required. During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed.
