Lot area is 6,592 sq. ft. divided by 1500 sq. ft. per unit = 4.39 units allowed, (4) units provided.
Parking:
(2) Stalls per units provided as required.
Landscape:
I have provided trees and shrubs along the street to comply with Type III along the East and West
sides. Along with preferred Street trees on Bell Street and the Alley.
Lighting:
All proposed lighting in down directed to protect adjacent parcels.
