1. Please review the associated design review decision in file P1N20160049 and address the conditions
of approval on page 6 as appropriate.

2. On Sheet A1.1, update the required parking per ECDC 16.60.030.6.1 (one stall per 400 sf of leasable
building space). From the design review decision, 14 stalls were required based on building area but
an additional 82 were being revised as part of this project.

3. Please remove the entry signs shown on Sheets A1.1 (and any other sheets where they are shown)
since they are not part of this review.

Transformer
4. Please show the location of any proposed transformer on Sheet A1.1. If its location would be visible
from the street, please work with the Snohomish County Public Utilities District to refine options for
the its location to reduce its visual impact. Besides locating it on the east side of the building,
