I have reviewed your comments and have made the following modifications
or clarifications:
1) 1 have noted the max height on the site plan and sheet 6 and 'I.
2a) I have removed 2' from the covered patio to give us a 15.5' rear yard
setback.
2b) I have changed the roofline to meet the 'I.5' setback on the south
elevation. Detail 1, sheet '1 demonstrates that the roof is no higher than
the existing roof at '1.5 from the property line.
