PRETREATMENT DIVISION
1. Do you intend to target any food service establishments (FSE) for future tenant use? Do you, at this
time, have any tenants in mind that may connect to a Gravity Grease Interceptor?
We understand there may be a required interceptor and will fall under the tenant improvement
as needed.
2. 1 do not see on the submitted plans any, under the slab, grease drain in preparation for a future FSE.
