Please show the additional utilities from the property line to the house. This is to verify that power/gas/cable, etc maintains a 5' separation from sewer and water. 1 . Please add the impervious surface chart (as requested above) to the Drainage and Utility Plan. . Per the impervious surface calculations, the total impervious area is 4827 sq ft. The pipe proposed 32' of 30" diameter pipe. This proposed system is designed for up to 4500 sq ft of impervious surface water runoff. Please refer to Handout #E72A for pipe sizing requirements and revise plans accordingly. ?-21, There is a note on the plans that states the following; `Provide drainage Swale near property line to not allow water to flow onto adjacent property'. �.
